This entry-level position will assist with designing, resizing, updating, and preparing creative content for website, email, social media, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to build a portfolio and gain hands-on experience within a large retail organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital creative assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, digital advertisements, and promotional initiatives.
  • Adapt established creative concepts into multiple sizes, formats, and channel-specific versions.
  • Resize, crop, retouch, and prepare product and lifestyle imagery for digital use.
  • Update existing templates with new promotional messaging, product information, imagery, and campaign details.
  • Follow established brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all materials.
  • Review creative assets for accuracy, including copy, pricing, dates, imagery, sizing, and formatting.
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure assets meet technical specifications.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, templates, and creative assets.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting campaign deadlines and production expectations.
  • Incorporate feedback and make revisions promptly.
  • Partner with senior designers, copywriters, marketers, merchants, and e-commerce teams to complete assignments.
  • Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas for improving visual content.
  • Perform quality-control checks before assets are released or published.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Internship, academic, freelance, or up to two years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for digital channels such as websites, email, social media, or digital advertising.
  • Ability to resize and adapt creative assets accurately across multiple formats.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable following established brand standards and creative direction.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, HTML, content management systems, or digital asset management platforms is a plus.
  • Retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consumer-brand experience is helpful but not required.
  • Candidates should be prepared to provide a portfolio or relevant design samples.
