Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all marketing materials meet high-quality standards.
- Follow and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Graphic Design: Develop and design visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, marketing materials, advertisements, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, product packaging, and digital assets.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, including messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
- Creative Direction and Concept Development: Lead the development of visual concepts and design strategies that align with brand identity, marketing goals, and user experience principles.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across digital and print media.
- Cross-Functional Design Projects: Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to execute multi-platform design initiatives from concept to final delivery—balancing creativity with business objectives.
- Affix: Assist with photographing a wide range of products in our in-house studio or on location.
- Edit and retouch product images as needed to enhance the visual appeal of our products and elevate our brand.
- Ensure that all product images meet our quality standards and accurately represent the products.
- Affix: Assist in planning and executing product photo shoots, including setting up lighting, backgrounds, and other necessary equipment.
- Capture high-quality images of products, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and focus.
- Affix: Assist in developing compelling content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Affix: Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
- Affix: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Affix: Stay updated: Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Affix: Regular and routine onsite attendance.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise in product touch-ups and photography preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with product photography and photo editing software.
- A passion for creativity and a desire to push the boundaries of design.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
