Position Details Role Junior Fund Controller Location BERLIN – In Person Engagement Type Full Time Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of quarterly IFRS-based investor reports and annual financial statements under GAAPEnsure timely and accurate reporting of fund performanceAssist the Head of Fund Controlling with fund audits and coordination with external auditorsHelp supervise fund cash operations including capital calls, distributions, and cash monitoringContribute to maintaining strong internal control systems for data accuracy and asset protectionCollaborate with investment teams to support deal execution and monitor post-investment performanceSupport ESG-related data collection and reporting processesAssist in developing and implementing financial policies and proceduresAct as a contact point for investor financial inquiriesSupport the fund team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects Qualifications A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business AdministrationStrong analytical and organizational skillsAccuracy and attention to detailInterest in fund structures, venture capital and private equityTeam spirit, proactivity, and a desire to learn and grow Why Join Us?
