Junior Financial Reporting Analyst

Location: Baltimore, MD – Hybrid Contract: 5 Months Rate: $27/hr Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote. Please note that during the initial training period, there may be weeks requiring 4–5 days in the office. Requirements Associate degree with 1–2 years of finance or accounting experience OR Bachelor’s degree with a specific interest in finance or accountingStrong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel proficiencyFinance or accounting experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailBasic understanding of financial products About The Role This position supports the Client Clearing Product Control team and will be responsible for helping produce daily profit and loss (P&L) reporting across multiple strategies. You will reconcile estimated P&L from business units against the firm's sub-ledger P&L, investigate and resolve daily breaks, and work with various finance and risk systems. The role also provides an opportunity to learn financial products, business strategies, and how financial and risk information flows through the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
