Junior Field Expert

Want a career change? Not sure if your current job is right for you? Moxie Pest Control is looking for General Laborer / Entry Level Pest Control Technicians for immediate hire. No experience is necessary; we will train the right fit. Experience as a pest control technician is a plus but not required.

About the role

Our Field Service Techs start the day in our warehouse, have daily trainings in our office, and then travel to customers' homes to take care of our residential customers on a daily basis. While traveling to customers' homes, Service Technicians will be treating the home for interior and exterior pests. We take pride in our work and strive for excellence each and every day. The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!

Moxie Pest Control is the fastest growing pest control company in the industry. We operate much like a startup, so it's a great opportunity for someone who wants to train up and grow with us. We are looking to train up and grow our team of Field Technicians to meet the demands of a growing company that is doubling its sales year-over-year.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and provide them with exceptional pest control services
• General household pest control
• Termite control
• Expand product lines year after year

Requirements

• Must have valid Driver’s License – non-negotiable
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must consent to motor vehicle record check
• Must consent to drug screening
• Must consent to background check

Qualifications

Being part of Moxie Pest Control requires extreme ownership for all actions that involve our office staff, Field Service Technicians, and the customer. We rely on each other to solve all problems, from picking up garbage in our warehouse to scaling our business. We take it upon ourselves to give feedback, be accountable, speak honestly, and lift up those around us.

Schedule

• Full-time: 4 and 3-day work weeks (4 days on, 3 days off OR 3 days on, 4 days off depending on season)
• 3-day work week with a 4-day weekend (this is a full-time position)

Training is paid! Field Service Technicians will train for roughly two weeks or until properly trained.
