• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Aid in bid preparation and submission for commercial and multifamily construction projects.
• Maintain up-to-date records of project costs and budget adjustments.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to provide input on budgeting and scheduling.
• Support the evaluation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
