About the role

A dynamic Junior Estimator is needed to join our growing team. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for projects, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring accuracy in budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting
• Review and analyze project specifications to determine costs
• Work closely with clients to understand project requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Experience with construction estimating software
• Understanding of contract documents and specifications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
