Junior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Understand customer environments and develop technical specifications for mission-critical systems.
• Lead the advancement of technological capabilities within the Intelligence Community.
• Shape the future of national security through the creation and evolution of advanced technology solutions.
• Broaden skillset into areas such as AI, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Merge current practices with next-generation solutions to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT or helpdesk field.
• Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets.
• Experience capturing systems requirements and documenting in various formats.
• Support development teams with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and coordinating outage tracking efforts.
• Able to work flexible shift schedules.
• Primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams.
• Provide product outreach support, including direct user support and systems integration.
• Manage system access controls.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), automation tools (Python), and operational AI/ML systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical field.
