Responsibilities
- Understand customer environments and develop technical specifications for mission-critical systems.
- Lead the advancement of technological capabilities within the Intelligence Community.
- Shape the future of national security through the creation and evolution of advanced technology solutions.
- Broaden skillset into areas such as AI, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Merge current practices with next-generation solutions to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IT or helpdesk field.
- Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets.
- Experience capturing systems requirements and documenting in various formats.
- Support development teams with troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and coordinating outage tracking efforts.
- Able to work flexible shift schedules.
- Primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams.
- Provide product outreach support, including direct user support and systems integration.
- Manage system access controls.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), automation tools (Python), and operational AI/ML systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical field.
