Qualifications

• Some engineering background (CS degree, information systems, bootcamp, or self-taught with real shipped projects)
• Shipped at least a few real things (school projects, side projects, internship work)
• Knowledge of Git, JavaScript or TypeScript, and at least one frontend framework
• Experience using AI tools for learning and projects
• Finish what you start and don't disappear when faced with challenges

What You Probably Don't Fit If...

• You need someone telling you what to do every 30 minutes
• You go quiet when things get hard
• You think AI tooling is a shortcut or that real engineers don't use it
• You expect to be senior in six months
