Junior Employment Litigation Associate - Los Angeles / Hybrid A premier management-side labor & employment law firm is seeking a Junior Employment Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. The firm offers meaningful client contact, hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and a collaborative culture focused on professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.Propound and respond to written discovery.Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.Work on wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters.Collaborate with attorneys and clients on strategic case management and litigation planning.Key QualificationsAdmission to the California Bar.2-3 years of litigation experience.
