Junior Designer

Boston-based hybrid role for approximately 40 hours per week over the next 6+ months, with 2-3 days per week in office. The first two weeks will be fully onsite for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex messaging and stories into elegant, easy-to-understand visuals through presentation design, graphic design, and design systems
• Organize data visual hierarchy and customize infographics as needed
• Incorporate design best practices
• Assist with the maintenance of asset library and templates for scalable design solutions

This position may involve access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. Requires close collaboration in a team environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing design or graphic design
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding and application of layout, color, typography, and iconography
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Video editing or Figma skills are a plus
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa (e.g., H-1B, TN, or O visa)
• Must be physically located in and perform the work in the United States
