About the role

As a Junior Creative Designer, you will support the development and execution of visual design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring design elements align with project goals and brand standards. Your focus will be on creating visually compelling graphics and layouts, improving existing design assets, and contributing to creative solutions that enhance ANA's brand presence and support marketing initiatives. This entry-level, fully onsite position offers hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment, with a weekday schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The role reports to the Visual Design Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visually engaging designs for projects including templates, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop design concepts aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all design work adheres to the company’s brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions and updates, demonstrating a willingness to iterate and refine designs.
• Provide support in the design process, including preparing files for print, resizing assets for different formats, and ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.
• Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and developers to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Review and proofread design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output before final delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a design role, including internships or freelance work, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Pay

$45,000 - $54,600 a year. The salary range serves as a guide for pay decisions; final compensation will be determined by factors such as candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and pay equity considerations.

Schedule

Fully onsite, weekdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
