About the role

Je gaat ons helpen om het speelveld van vastgoed volledig op zijn kop te zetten. We denken dat de data revolutie dat mogelijk maakt en willen daar een serieuze bijdrage aan leveren.

Responsibilities

• Data opsporen, ontsluiten en presenteren
• Slimme algoritmen gebruiken om betere inzichten te verkrijgen
• Samenwerking met vastgoedspecialisten
• Aan de ontwikkeling van tooling voor assetmanagement
• Benchmarking van het voorzieningenniveau van gemeenten

Requirements

• Erfaring met ETL en R
• Erfaring met data science, bouwkunde, vastgoed of economie
• Werkzaamheden aan drie of vier projecten tegelijk
• Gerelateerde WO-opleiding afgerond

Qualifications

• Bestaande ervaring in consultancy
• Begrip van de context
• Nieuwsgierigheid en lef om onconventionele oplossingen te presenteren
• Sociale vaardigheden
