Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments, including Intune, SharePoint, Purview, Defender and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Perform M365 Intune device management, including enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration rollouts.
- Support cloud setup tasks such as creating client sites, organizations, and initial configurations within Microsoft cloud platforms.
- Provide assistance in cloud migration projects with a basic understanding of migration workflows and best practices.
- Participate in technical client onboarding, including device rollouts and environment setup.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical guides to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Communicate effectively with clients, provide progress updates, and collaborate with project managers and senior engineers.
- Apply a basic understanding of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) principles to client environments where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates must have held or currently hold a clearance, or have documented eligibility based on a favorable background investigation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Intune, SharePoint and Entra ID.
- Understanding of device enrollment processes and troubleshooting in M365/Azure.
- Exposure to or understanding of cloud setup and migration concepts.
- Ability to create clear and accurate documentation and SOPs.
- Ability to follow processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency with basic PowerShell scripting
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to provide updates and track progress.
- Proactive, initiative-taking mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in cloud technologies.
- Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a technical team.
- Organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple client tasks.
- Proactiveness and initiative, with a focus on continuous improvement and client success.
Pay
Salary range: $80,000-$95,000, commensurate with experience.
