The Role We are hiring a part-time Junior Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. This role is designed for a university student who wants hands-on, high-trust experience in building and scaling a company. What you'll do Support the CEO across product, go-to-market, fundraising, and operationsManage operating cadences, including standups, team meetings, and board prepTrack meeting action items and drive execution across teamsLead special research, analysis, and strategic projects end-to-endPrepare investor, board, and internal presentationsLeverage AI tools to automate repeatable processesOwn day-to-day operations of our NoHo office What we're looking for Current university student based in NYC who can commit 15-20 hours per week in officeStrong bias for action and execution focusAnalytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insightsClear, concise written and verbal communicationHigh level of discretion with confidential informationInterest in fintech, markets, or cryptoFamiliarity using AI tools Why this role You will gain direct exposure to experienced founders, leadership decisions, and startup operations across fundraising, strategy, product, and hiring.
