- Comfortable using productivity, project management, and presentation tools, including AI-enabled workflows
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the CEO to track priorities, commitments, and daily operations
- Partner with the CEO's Executive Assistant to keep calendars and communications running smoothly
- Support firmwide initiatives by monitoring progress, flagging issues, and preparing decision-ready materials
- Draft and organize communications, including presentations, updates, correspondence, and thought leadership
- Prepare internal and external meetings, shaping agendas, assembling materials, and tracking outcomes
- Assist with business development by researching opportunities and managing follow-up
- Improve systems and workflows over time, testing new tools and AI solutions
- Contribute to special projects, including internal initiatives, research, and client-facing work

- Leadership initiatives progress smoothly with strong coordination
- Communications are timely, clear, and aligned with organizational goals

Pay
Salary Range: $110,000 – 125,000 annually, based on experience
