Junior Capture Manager

About the role

ECS is seeking a Junior Capture Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA office. This level position will be aligned to ECS opportunities and will lead cross functional teams in the development and execution of a capture strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Development, Account Leads, and Sr Leadership to capture qualified opportunities.
• Lead development and implementation of the Capture Plan encompassing Win Strategy, Price to Win, teaming, investments, etc.
• Lead customer influencing strategy, requirement interpretation and solution generation
• Lead stakeholder management and keeps the Leadership Team informed and engaged
• Develop the customer relationship management strategy and engage senior executives in strategy execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including "C" suite senior leadership.

Desired Skills

• Shipley Capture Management Training/Other formal Capture training
• Experience developing pricing strategies and associated cost proposals
• Experience with Captures at other Tier 1 SI's.

Pay

Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000
