About the role
Responsible for supporting the business operations team in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Supports the team in organizing and maintaining schedules for meetings and events.
- Maintains accurate records of all travel arrangements and expenses.
- Coordinates logistics for business trips and conferences.
- Assists in the preparation of reports and documentation related to business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of travel policies and procedures.
Skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.
