Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior Business Analysts with gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings and workshops.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement drafts, User Manuals, Process Maps, and training materials.
• Assist with business process mapping to ensure system developments align with operational workflows.
• Assist with project administration by tracking milestones and updating project documentation.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
• Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, and databases.
