About the role
We are looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Business Analysis team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting project delivery. This role provides structured training, real-time project exposure, interview preparation, and continuous support to help you grow successfully in your career.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Create user stories, use cases, workflows, and process flow diagrams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform data analysis using Excel and SQL to support business decisions.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure business solutions align with organizational goals and requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest Business Analysis tools and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience or knowledge in Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Business Requirement Gathering and Documentation.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, or other process modeling tools is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
