About the role
This is a ground-floor seat on our build crew — $25/hour to start, with per diem and travel covered every time you hit the road. You'll travel to job sites across the country and help turn finished designs into real simulator bays — wood framing and carpentry, upholstery, flooring, electrical, and the technical calibration of launch monitors and sensors. Responsibilities
- Wood framing and finish carpentry for enclosures and bays
- Upholstery — wrapping and finishing impact and wall padding
- Flooring and turf — subfloor, hitting surfaces, and putting
- Electrical — clean power, cable runs, and device wiring
- Technical calibration of launch monitors and sensors
- Travel to residential and commercial job sites nationwide
Requirements
- High standards — you hold your work to a bar most won't
- Motivated to advance and grow with the company
- A strong work ethic and a good attitude — non-negotiable
- Comfortable with hand and power tools, or a fast learner who wants to be
- Able to travel for multi-day builds, sometimes on short notice
- Physically capable — lifting, ladders, long days on your feet
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- No formal construction experience required
