About the role
Assist in architectural design and design development for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings, floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
- Create 3D models, renders, and presentation materials for design proposals.
- Prepare and maintain construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project team members.
- Assist in project planning, design coordination, and execution.
- Conduct site visits when required and assist in monitoring design implementation.
- Ensure designs and drawings comply with applicable building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on project requirements, site conditions, and consultant feedback.
- Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, files, and revision records.
- Perform other architecture-related tasks as assigned by the management.
