Junior Billing & Accounts Receivable

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Billing & Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to support our financial operations. This role reports to the Billing & Collections Manager and involves managing invoicing, tracking payments, and collaborating with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Exercise good judgment, interpret financial data, and remain knowledgeable about related policies and procedures.
• Review financial statements for payment inconsistencies or errors.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
• Create and distribute invoices and billing materials to clients.
• Input payment history, upcoming payment information, and other financial data into individual accounts.
• Inform clients about upcoming payment deadlines.
• Calculate and track various financial statements.
• Respond to client and internal department needs.
• Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 0–6 months of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Unanet/InFocus is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance.

Pay

$42,500 – $50,000 per annum.
