Responsibilities
- Assist with assembling and preparing new e-bikes in our workshop
- Learn how to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical bike issues
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on our fleet
- Support senior mechanics with day-to-day workshop operations
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Follow safety procedures and workshop guidelines
Requirements
- Hands-on experience repairing or maintaining bicycles
- Interest in developing a long-term career as a bike mechanic
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
- Experience with e-bikes is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
Successful trainees who complete the probation period will have the opportunity to transition into a full Bike Mechanic role with increased compensation and additional benefits.
