About the role
The Junior Program Manager is responsible for the development of treatment plans and clinical oversight of their assigned client caseload. They provide proper supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyze client data, adjust treatment plans and training materials as needed, and serve as a leader in the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Provides 5% supervision to RBTs on assigned team
- Completes RBT performance checklists as assigned
- Makes RBT continuing education or competency assessments as required
- Meets with caregivers before or after hours as needed
- Uses materials, equipment, and staff efficiently to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Manages caseload and work assignments effectively using time management
- Participates in weekly meetings with Program Director to develop behavior analysis skills
- Develops and manages ABA programs for clients in various settings
- Reviews client assessments, treatment plans, behavior plans, and other protocols at least every 6 months and makes revisions as needed
- Collects and uses data to improve outcomes, practices, and service delivery
- Provides immediate feedback to ABA therapists following observation and performance checklists
- Maintains availability and approachability for questions, concerns, or ideas regarding client programming or behavior intervention
- Maintains a caseload of 24 hours per week
- May provide direct therapy to children in a clinic, home, school, and/or community setting
- Responds appropriately to crises and assists others as necessary
Requirements
- Master’s Degree and BCBA
- Minimum 2 years’ previous experience with autism spectrum disorders required, with a minimum of 18 months of autism experience in an ABA setting
- Indiana Behavior Analyst License
- Critical Moments Training (CMT) Certification
- CPR Certification
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)
- Clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect, or other disqualifying criminal convictions
- Favorably meets and maintains Damar’s background screening requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to pass and maintain CMT Certification
- Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification

- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and current research

- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
