About the role
Support testing for IVR, contact center, and chatbot applications.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for customer interaction workflows
- Validate functionality, performance, and customer experience across voice and chat channels
- Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with development teams
- Assist with automation initiatives for IVR and chatbot testing
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, Test Automation, or Software Engineering
- Experience developing scripts or applications using Python
- Understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies
- Exposure to test automation frameworks or automated testing practices
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and analyze test results
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
