Junior Attorney

About the role

We are a growing labor & employment law firm seeking a fully remote contract‑to‑hire Entry‑Level Attorney / Junior Lawyer based in and licensed in California. The position is 100% remote, with a contract period of three months before possible conversion to a permanent/direct‑hire role.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• California residence
• Willingness to work on a three‑month contract before conversion to a permanent role
• JD from an accredited law school
• Interest in employment law and/or workers’ compensation

Pay

$40‑$45 per hour
