Junior Associate Attorney

About the Role

A Mid-Atlantic regional law firm of over 100 attorneys, headquartered in Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 0 to 3 years of experience defending slip and fall, premises liability, and insurance defense cases. Candidates must have a strong attention to detail and excellent research and writing skills. Insurance coverage experience is a plus. Must be barred in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Defend slip and fall, premises liability, and insurance defense cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks independently.
• Utilize legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 0-3 years of experience in slip and fall, premises liability, and insurance defense litigation.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
