Junior Analyst - Hardware/Software License Management Lead - Remote Role

Role Summary

Supports hardware/software license management, inventory reporting, dashboard maintenance, and project reporting under the supervision of the Lead Analyst.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Science.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supporting program/project management activities for large and complex IT systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain the Hardware/Software Inventory Dashboard.
• Maintain related reporting tools.
• Prepare monthly reports required under the contract.
• Generate reports including:
  • Monthly Status Report (DLV8)
  • Monthly Renewal Report (DLV9)
  • Monthly Expiration Report (DLV10)
  • Quarterly Cost Analysis Report (DLV11)
• Perform additional reporting assignments as directed by the Lead Analyst.
