You don't need years of commercial experience or a background at a major technology company – strong technical projects can demonstrate what you can do. You'll build real product features across AI agent workflows, APIs, developer tools and browser-based applications, working primarily with Python, JavaScript and TypeScript.The team is particularly interested in candidates who can show something they've actually built, tested and debugged. This could come from a university project, internship, open-source contribution, personal project, deployed application or professional experience.You'll also work directly with AI coding agents, learning how to use them effectively while reviewing their output, identifying failures and maintaining ownership of the final software.
