Ingale & Associates is hiring 2 Junior Advocates/Associates (0–2 years PQE), with one vacancy each at its Mumbai (Fort) and Kolhapur (Tarabai Park) offices. The role offers exposure to litigation before the Bombay High Court, non-litigation advisory work, legal drafting, court appearances, and case management.

Requirements

• An LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil and criminal litigation matters before the Bombay High Court.
• Assist with non-litigation and advisory work.
• Draft pleadings, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
• Appear before courts and assist with matter management.
• Conduct legal research and support case preparation.
