What You’ll Do
- Prepare and post journal entries with a high level of accuracy
- Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet accounts
- Aid with month-end close and financial reporting
- Support accounting operations across multiple systems during system transitions
- Work within a legal practice management software
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
- Aid with audit preparation and supply supporting documentation
- Identify discrepancies and aid in resolving accounting issues
- Maintain organized and updated financial records

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $56,000 – $72,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 1 - 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Payroll Processing
- Paylocity Exposure Preferred
