ResponsibilitiesReconcile POs, vendor invoices, and prepaymentsProcess and verify international wire paymentsReconcile vendor statements and clean up APPrepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsReview and reconcile employee expensesReconcile data to NetSuitePrepare schedules for financial and borrowing-base reportingRequirementsHands-on NetSuite experienceMonth-end close and reconciliation experienceStrong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot TablesExcellent attention to detailCorporate accounting experience Schedule40 hours per week, 8 AM–5 PMHybrid: Work from home Monday and FridayOn-site Tuesday through Thursday in Long BeachImmediate start requiredTemporary coverage with potential for temp-to-hire
