Junior Accountant

About the role

Our financial services client in Vienna, VA is looking for a motivated early-career accountant to join its small finance team. You’ll support day-to-day accounting operations, such as journal entries, ACH/wires, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and audit preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent communication skills to interact with investors
• Must be local to the DMV area

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in Venture Capital

Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency
• ERP system exposure (a plus)

Pay

$70,000 – $80,000

Schedule

Mostly remote with occasional visits to the McLean office
