Position Summary
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our borrowers and a key driver of our sales pipeline. You’ll handle inbound and outbound communication, qualify deals, support loan applications, and work closely with senior Account Executives to move deals forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new borrower leads via phone, email, and web inquiries
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to qualify new opportunities
- Ask the right questions to assess borrower eligibility and deal fit
- Assist prospects in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation
- Route qualified, high-intent leads to senior Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and activity tracking in Salesforce CRM
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and deal flow coordination
Required
- 1+ year of experience in a professional, office, or phone-based role
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort being on the phone throughout the day
- Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Coachability and willingness to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
