Jumpstart Your RN Career with MercyOne! Earn While You Learn! This program provides financial support and a direct pathway into a rewarding nursing career at MercyOne for nursing students in their final semester.

How the program works
The Jumpstart Program provides financial support while you complete your nursing education. There is no work requirement during the stipend period. After graduation and licensure, you'll begin your RN career with MercyOne.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in the final semester of an accredited RN program
- Successfully graduate and obtain RN licensure
- Pass the NCLEX within 6 months of graduation
- Sign and return the Program Agreement before stipend payments begin
- Commit to an 18-month employment agreement with MercyOne following licensure
