Juice Assistant Team Leader

About the role

The Juice Assistant Team Leader supports the daily operations and leadership of the Juice Department at Plum Market. This role ensures smooth and efficient production, accurate ordering, proper inventory control, and outstanding Guest Service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient production, accurate ordering, proper inventory control, and outstanding Guest Service.
• Manage day-to-day execution, train Team Members, and maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assume full responsibility for department operations in the absence of the Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of juice production processes and current Plum Market juice offerings.
• Experience with inventory systems, order placement, and tracking daily movement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
• Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
• Leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor Team Members.
