JTF-Gold Facility Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience supporting Government customer(s) within the Department of Defense (DOD) community.
• Must have a Secret Clearance to start.
• Knowledge of NEPA processes, procedures, scheduling development, and tracking.
• Experience managing subcontractors and providing timely and accurate contract deliverables (e.g. monthly status reports, trip reports, slide presentations, project updates, integrated master schedules, etc.).
• Capability to supervise and manage subordinate personnel including, but not limited to, professionally mentoring and counseling employees, timecard reviews/approvals, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring training requirements are completed, and coordinating with corporate resources to resolve discrepancies.
• Proficient in using MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Teams, Outlook) with the capability to coordinate with and brief high-level military, USG, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier personnel.
• Willingness to plan, participate in, and lead conference calls, technical interchange meetings, impromptu updates, and prepare comprehensive meeting minutes.
• Ability to lift up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
• Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently adjudicated Top-Secret Clearance/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of U.S. Military rank and grade structure, government civilian pay scale equivalencies, regulations, and other organizations.
• Experience preparing and reviewing the Military Construction Project Data Sheet (DD Form 1391) to include drafting requirements and justifications.
• Familiarity with the Department of the Defense Construction and Non-appropriated-Funded Construction Program Development and Execution and Joint Facilities Management.
• General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) data management tool familiarity.
• Enterprise Real Property Interactive Space Management Systems (ePRISMS) platform knowledge.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
