About the role

Imagery Analysts perform advanced level imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements. Imagery Analysts have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. Imagery Analysts have briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced level FMV/Imagery analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze targeting methodology.
  • Utilize computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Attend Government provided training on the duties, responsibilities and TTPs of an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
  • May be required to serve as an ITC if selected by the Government.

Requirements

  • Level 1 - 4 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last six years. Candidates will be expected to fully comprehend the duties of and potentially deploy as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).
  • Level 2 - 6 years of experience with operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. Military personnel who have two years of hands on FMV analysis experience within JSOC meet the minimum requirement.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard. The Government reserves the right to test typing skills during the SV process.

Skills

  • Advanced level IMINT and FMV analysis and production experience.
  • Operational and tactical level intelligence experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation.
  • Effective briefing and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to attend and complete Government provided training on ITC duties, responsibilities, and TTPs.
