JR133 Project Engineer

About the Role
This position is based in our Philadelphia office. You will work closely with superintendents and project managers on the day-to-day operations of construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and RFCOs
- Assist in contract buyouts
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop project schedules and phasing plans
- Attend and document project meetings
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years in the commercial construction field paired with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Recent graduates with completed internships in the construction field will also be considered
- LEED AP certification preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
