Jr. Web Marketing Specialist - Analytics Track
About the Role
WebFX is seeking an entry-level candidate for our Marketing team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or will soon have one!), a track record of strong academics, and is excited about all things marketing strategy and analytics. Related experience is awesome to have, but never required - we'll train you on everything you need to know.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree: All majors welcome!
GPA: 3.4 or above (Upcoming grads are encouraged to apply - we interview and hire up to a year in advance!)
Suggested Experience and Skills: Prior experience working, in any field (for example: a part-time job, summer job, internship, etc), strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service experience (in any industry), analytical and research skills, digital marketing experience (a bonus!), copywriting for the web experience (a bonus!)
Tools/Technical Skills: (Not required, but awesome to have!) Excel/Google Suite, Google Analytics, Basic HTML
Qualities and Traits: You're interested in the web, and like keeping up with new technology, professional, dependable, and self-motivated, takes pride in your work and always strives for high-quality results, works with urgency and enjoys getting things done, proactive when it comes to solving problems, a lifelong learner, loves thinking both creatively and analytically, and loves using data to make decisions
The Job Responsibilities
Plan and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: About 50% of your day
Create and execute data-driven SEO strategies and optimizations for your clients
Build and manage PPC (think Google Ads!) campaigns and work to achieve positive results for clients
Plan content strategy and build outlines for our team of copywriters
Manage the planning and execution of CRO projects, and recommend CRO best practices for clients
Perform light editing in the backend of client websites to correct errors and implement content
Analyze Marketing Campaign Data: About 25% of your day
Analyze campaign performance data (In Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX) and prepare monthly reports
Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors, and update strategies based on findings
Provide Support in Client Relationships: About 10% of your day
Partner with senior digital marketers on some of our largest client campaigns and accounts
Occasionally join client meetings alongside senior marketers to report on strategy and results

Compensation: $47,000 - $50,000 (potentially higher based on work experience)
