  • Experience shooting and editing digital video content and digital photography
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) and/or DaVinci Resolve
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling ability, technical execution, and experience delivering content on a consistent publishing schedule
  • Ability to work efficiently under direction while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • FAA Part 107 certification preferred; willingness to obtain it after hire if not already certified
  • Strong storytelling instincts and developing editorial judgment
  • Exceptional attention to detail in color, sound, motion graphics, and brand consistency
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with employees, executives, customers, and community partners
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Interest in emerging AI-enabled production tools and technologies

Preferred experience includes social media video formats, industrial/infrastructure/construction environments, podcast production, live-event capture, motion graphics, or photogrammetry.

Benefits
