Jr Studio Coordinator

About the role

The Junior Studio Coordinator will support the Buckle.com Creative Team while focusing on studio projects and handling product from the Women's & Men's Merchandising Department. With a strong attention to detail, this role will help ensure that merchandise is prepped and ready for photo shoots and will return product in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee handling of merchandise while in studio's possession, ensure merchandise is received and returned in pristine, sellable condition.
• Prepare merchandise prior to shoots by steaming, tagging, and recording product information.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization and inventory of product, props, and studio.
• Assist with scheduling sessions to maintain studio efficiency.
• Interact and communicate with all Teammates in a professional and efficient manner.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
• The Teammate is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The Teammate must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and complete errands based on business needs.

Work environment

While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
