Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles.
• Experience with ATS systems and applicant tracking software.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate data and make informed decisions.
