Software Developer

Duties

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Architect, code, and maintain SQL Server databases with optimized data models, stored procedures, and indexing to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that integrate with enterprise data sources to provide real-time business insights and analytics.
• Translate functional and business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implement secure, maintainable, and well-documented software solutions.
• Develop and integrate automated workflows across SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications to streamline data exchange and system interoperability.
• Implement data governance, access controls, and security policies in alignment with enterprise and regulatory compliance standards.
• Lead data migration, testing, deployment, and version upgrades for enterprise applications while minimizing business disruption.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in solution architecture, Power Platform development, and SQL optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus two (2) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Systems/Application Analyst, Technical Lead or related position.
• Foreign education equivalent accepted.

Green Card Wage: $95,118.00 per year
