JR Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and help bring hotel projects to life—from renovations and upgrades to behind-the-scenes improvements that keep everything running smoothly. If you're organized, proactive, and love seeing a plan turn into reality… this could be your lane. You'll partner closely with our Director of Capital Projects and support projects across our hotel portfolio—think renovations, mechanical upgrades, and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Help manage hotel projects from planning through completion
• Be onsite—walking properties, checking progress, and keeping things moving
• Work alongside contractors, engineers, and hotel teams to get it done right
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and vendor timelines
• Track progress and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Help sequence work so hotels can keep running (guests always come first!)
• Organize project docs—punch lists, reports, proposals, approvals
• Keep communication flowing between GMs, vendors, and stakeholders
• Make sure everyone knows what's happening and what's next
• Identify issues early and help drive solutions
• Support risk mitigation and keep projects moving forward
• Learn to read plans and scopes (we'll teach you what you don't know)
• Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and brand partners (Hilton, Marriott, IHG + more)
• Support bidding, onboarding, and compliance with brand standards
