Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work directly with all of Westlake Flooring’s departments to control costs, forecast income, and improve key processes.
- Conduct ad hoc and as needed analysis to address the concerns and needs of each department and upper management.
- Make recommendations on process improvements, assess profitability of potential business moves, and conduct valuation analysis.
- Ensure success through time management, follow-up, business sense, and simultaneous consideration of conceptual and empirical factors.
Skills And Experience
- Technically inclined
- Eager to learn
- Attention to detail
- Excel, VBA, or SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis
Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution in Finance, Economics, CS, IT, Accounting, or Business
Pay And Benefits
- Base salary range: $28.84 to $31.25 per hour
- Potential bonus of up to $15,000 per year based on experience
