Jr Project Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work directly with all of Westlake Flooring’s departments to control costs, forecast income, and improve key processes.
• Conduct ad hoc and as needed analysis to address the concerns and needs of each department and upper management.
• Make recommendations on process improvements, assess profitability of potential business moves, and conduct valuation analysis.
• Ensure success through time management, follow-up, business sense, and simultaneous consideration of conceptual and empirical factors.

Skills And Experience

• Technically inclined
• Eager to learn
• Attention to detail
• Excel, VBA, or SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis

Education And/Or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution in Finance, Economics, CS, IT, Accounting, or Business

Pay And Benefits

• Base salary range: $28.84 to $31.25 per hour
• Potential bonus of up to $15,000 per year based on experience
