Job Description

Generator Supercenter is looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Note: leads are provided, no cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visit customer locations, analyze customer needs, and put together a detailed proposal.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process orders and provide office staff with all required documentation.
• Manage displays at big‑box stores and take leads as needed.
• Follow up on older leads tracked within the company system.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Report into headquarters throughout the week as needed.
• After a 90‑day probationary period, may be provided a vehicle and fuel card.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and target driven.
• People person.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Valid Texas driver’s license, good driving record, pass a background check, and reliable transportation.

Pay

$60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
