Main responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and suppliers on orders
- Schedule transportation requests from clients
- Aid in obtaining insurance and insurance renewals for vehicles
- Negotiate with insurance companies on damage and repair claims
Desired Experience
- AS or BS degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service or logistics experience
- MS Office and/or CRM proficiency
- Comfortable communicating on phone and via email with customers
