We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe intro paragraph), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's parse.
Posting includes:
- Intro: "Are you passionate... At Community State Bank, we are more than just a bank..." This is about the role/company. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as
About the role
withcontaining that prose. - Responsibilities: "Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ..." then a list of duties. We'll put
Responsibilities
with- each duty.
- Qualification Requirements: includes Education, Experience, Skills, Human Relations, Responsibility and Decision-Making, Supervision of Others, Physical Demands, Work Environment.
We need to map to sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have Education and Experience -> could go under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content.
We have "Qualification Requirements:" heading in posting. That could be Qualifications. Inside it: Education, Experience, Loan documentation knowledge preferred, Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, etc. Also Skills: Knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending, detail oriented, dependable and organized, with ability to multi-task and problem solve. Human Relations: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required... Responsibility and Decision-Making: Responsible for meeting deadlines... Supervision of Others: N/A (we should not include if N/A). Physical Demands: ... Work Environment: Normal conditions associated with a general office environment. Potential work from home opportunity.
We need to decide what goes where.
We could have:
- Requirements: Education and Experience (maybe also Loan documentation knowledge, basic software knowledge). Could be under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe combine Skills, Human Relations, Responsibility and Decision-Making? But we also have a separate Skills heading.
Better: Use Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for the bullet list of knowledge/skills (like knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending, detail oriented, etc.), Skills for maybe the technical skills? But we already have skills in Qualifications.
Given the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine.
Let's think: The posting has:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree...
- Experience: Ideal candidate will have banking experience, related educational experience and experience in customer service/relationship management. Loan documentation knowledge is preferred. Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Skills: Knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending, detail oriented, dependable and organized, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Human Relations: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. This position will have contact with both internal and external customers, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsibility and Decision-Making: Responsible for meeting deadlines as set forth by management and mortgage department staff.
- Supervision of Others: N/A (skip)
- Physical Demands: ... (we could include under maybe Requirements? But it's not a typical section; we have no heading for Physical Demands in allowed list. Could we include under Requirements? Possibly but not typical. The allowed headings list does not include Physical Demands, but we could fold into Requirements or Qualifications as a paragraph. However we should not create a section for it if not in allowed list. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should likely stick to those. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can only use those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus we need to decide which of those headings we will use. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (education/experience). Qualifications (maybe the skills/human relations etc). Skills (maybe technical skills like Adobe, etc). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: we have no explicit benefits, pay, schedule. There's "Potential work from home opportunity." That's a benefit? Could be considered a benefit (remote work). But it's not explicit benefits like health insurance etc. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does not state benefits, pay, schedule. So we should not include those sections. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Now we need to allocate content. About the role: intro paragraph(s) about passion, community, CSB culture, mission, etc. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Education and Experience (maybe also Loan documentation knowledge preferred, basic knowledge of Adobe etc). But those could also go under Skills. However we have a Skills section for technical skills. Let's put Education and Experience under Requirements. Qualifications: maybe the "Knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending, detail oriented, dependable and organized, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve." plus "Excellent written and verbal communication skills required..." plus "Responsible for meeting deadlines..." plus maybe "Loan documentation knowledge is preferred." but we already used that? Might duplicate. Better to keep loan doc knowledge under Requirements as it's a qualification. But we can decide. Skills: Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Let's see if we have any other skills: maybe "knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending" is more domain knowledge, could be Skills. But we already have Skills for software. Could combine. Given we want few substantive sections, maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we need to follow headings; we can have both if content. Let's draft:
